So Iβve been going to this donut shop since I moved to rosedale park. Usually the donuts are fresh. Today I was sold old donuts for regular price. They never indicated they were day old. When I got home and took a bite I instantly knew the donuts were not fresh. I called and the person on the phone admitted they were old. Their donuts are already pricey but I shop there because they are local. They did return my money however the trust is broken and I will not be shopping there again.

Donuts were very fresh. Customer service was top notch. The prices are very reasonable. We bought original glazed, donut holes, and some type of banana donut, everything was good. Definitely will go back.

They use to have a larger variety of donuts but this visit was okay but could have been better. Plenty of customers but only one person to give service so a long wait time. Despite that, the donuts are yet delicious and huge.

The doughnuts are stellar and so is the customer service! I was greeted and served by the owner; he was patient and kind as I asked flavors and such (because they werenβt labeled). The strawberry glazed and strawberry doughnut holes were my favorite. The ice cream was a bit soft, like the freezer had been left open of wasnβt working properly. Aside from the soft ice cream, I have no complaints. The owner appeared to be working alone, but still delivered top tier customer service. I look forward to going back!
